We rent fully furnished rooms in shared houses to single, respectful tenants — month-to-month, no long-term lease required. Some people stay for a month. Some stay for years. Either way, it's flexible, easy, and designed for people who want a great place to land in Austin without a lot of hassle.

A few things to know upfront: we don't allow pets, rooms are for one person only, and we're probably not the right fit if you're hauling a lot of large furniture with you.

Where Are The Houses?

All of our houses are in East Austin — We keep the exact addresses private until after we’ve had a quick video chat. It’s shared living with cool people, and we like to keep it that way. Once we know you’re a good fit, we’ll send over details, photos, and everything else you’ll want to know.

Rooms range from $1,100 to $1,400 per month depending on size, private bath, and entrance. That includes:
